ORDERING
Q: Can I modify my order?
A: If your order has already shipped we are unable to modify your order. If your order hasn’t shipped please email amzserviceA@skymee.com ASAP. If we are able to get it on time we would be happy to help.

Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: Our store currently only supports payment via Paypal.
Q: Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?
A: Skymee Store powered by Shopify, shopping on our site is safe and secure. 


ORDER STATUS
Q: How do I check on the status of my order?
A: You will receive an email confirmation to the email you have provided us at checkout, within 30 minutes of placing your order. When your order ships out for final delivery you will additionally receive a shipment confirmation email.

SHIPPING
Q: How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
A: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification to the email provided to us confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.


AFTER-SALES SERVICE:
Q: How can I return or exchange my product?
A: Skymee product has a one-year warranty, during which all product problems can be contacted. We will provide technical support within 24 hours of the working day.

For product quality issues, we will provide a free repair or even replacement service.

For human damage, we will provide repairs, and provide replacement services for products that cannot be repaired, and may charge a 35% purchase fee. thank you for understanding.

 

 

 

PRODUCT USE PROBLEM
Q: What caused the WiFi connection to fail?

1.Skymee devices only support 2.4Ghz WiFi, if your home wifi is 5Ghz WiFi, please switch to 2.4Ghz WiFi.

2.Before connecting, you need to reset the device: use a pin to insert the reset hole on the back of the device for 5 seconds.

3.When adding a device at app, please add the correct device model. For example, the camera feeder is a 【smart feeder】 instead of a 【wifi feeder】

4.When entering the wifi password, please make sure the password is correct and the length is not more than 16 characters.

5.When using your mobile phone to read the QR code, you need some patience to point the QR code directly at the camera of the device at a distance of 5 ~ 10 cm.If you set up an owl robot, please note that the camera is inside the left eye of the owl robot.

6.If wifi fails when reaching 100%, please be patient to check all step, and contact us: amzservicea@skymee.com

 

Q:How do I add more people so they can view from their phones?
A: For privacy and privacy, one Skymee device can only be bound to one account.You can share your skymee app account to log in your families' phones.An account supports 8 devices to log in at the same time.
